The Board of Directors of Mawana Sugars Limited at their meeting held today, with the registration of a popular stock of 1,00,00,000 Optionally Convertible Cumulative (OCCPS) for Rs. 10 / - each will be disbursed by Siel IE in one or more terms as and when requested by Siel IE to the business rather than making any investment in the Redable Cumulative Preference Shares (RCPS) as determined at the Board of Directors meeting on 25.02.2021.

TVS Motor Company, which creates two-wheeler and three-wheeler globally, today announced that they have offered free COVID-19 vaccine to all employees and their fast-paced relationships. The vaccination campaign is in line with Government's ongoing guidelines and could involve 35,000 employees of direct and indirect companies across the country.

Commenting on this, Mr. R AnandaKrishnan, Vice-Chairman of Human Resources, TVS Motor Company, said, we have tried to fully support our employees and their relatives in this epidemic, from emergency services, doctor-on-call, COVID-19 awareness programs and programs mental health. In the first phase, the vaccine will be made available to all or any employees and their families over 60 and 45 years of age or older who have been affected by certain medical conditions.
