Ashok Leyland Ltd has entered into a Share agreement with Nissan International Holding BV to collect 58,500,000 shares for a total consideration of Rs.70,20,00,000 / - making up 38% of the total amount paid by Hinduja Tech Limited ( "HTL"). As a result of the above findings, HTL will become a fully owned company.

The company owns 62 per cent of the HTL shareholding and therefore the rest is held by Nissan International Holding B.V. the company proposes to collect 58,500,000 shares held by Nissan International Holding B.V to build it as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
